C-130 Transports

Boron/Epoxy doublers are thinner and lighter than riveted aluminum doublers, and can be installed more quickly and cheaply. Over the years, more than 6000 doublers have been put into service in both commercial and military applications, including U.S. C-130 and C-141 transports.

F-111 Wing Pivot Fitting

Bonded boron/epoxy doublers have been used successfully on military airplanes such as reinforcement of the F-111 wing pivot fitting, repair of stress corrosion on the C-130, and fatigue cracking on the Mirage El and Macchi airplanes.
